 Situation

• Eczacıbaşı Group, one of the major life science corporations in Turkey, wants to provide facilitation to their strategic leaders so that they can develop action plans towards their ambitious business targets.

Action

• We designed a two weeks strategy camp where the participants become change masters, set the right vision, practice innovative thought and behavior and develop hands on action plans
• The structure exposes a balance of listening/group work/presenting and experiental events.
• Participants have assignments before-during-after the event.

Outcomes

• During the program participants have developed action items that address real life business situations from Eczacıbaşı
• These action items are structured via project owners, deadlines, responsible units, success metrics and follow up actions.
