Transparency is all actions will be clear and visible to everyone without hint of double meaning , deceit or ambiguity. Actions will always be transparent and done without holding back any information.

Integrity is to show consistency between our thoughts, words, and action.  Sincerity in what we think,  honesty in what we say and  upright in how we act.

Development is to have the keenness and desire to learn and develop as part of the evolutionary process of the individual’s  growth and the company’s. The process includes  reading, research, probing, intellectual discussions, experimenting and attending seminars.
